There’s a lot of great things happening at Solteq Poland making it a good time to join the business and get involved. Due to the growth and investment, we now have an opportunity for a capable Senior AMS Specialist to join our Wroclaw office.

Therefore, we are looking for a professional with great passion, curiosity when learning new technologies and deep technical expertise. As our Senior Application Management Specialist, you will be an effective relationship builder working closely with the customer project managers, partnering with colleagues within development and your own, AMS support team. The work has been arranged in shifts and service is available to customer 24/5.Occasionally you may be asked to support a colleague during an afternoon shift but you will primarily be active during the first daily shift.

You will follow our client’s procedures providing best in quality 3rd line of technical support and troubleshoot problems with a webshop platform which supports several individual B2B webshops. As the product is quite extensive you will start small, gradually getting to know the platform and learning more about its core, IBM WebSphere Commerce. You will receive the support of your team all the way. In time, when you gain required knowledge of the product, you might be expected to coach and mentor more junior members of the team.

You

You are an experienced application support professional who takes responsibility for his tasks, who does not isolate himself when solving problems, but proactively ask for help in and help others by sharing their knowledge.

Must have skills:

·       Debugging and problem-solving skills

·       Support work methods (ITIL)

·       Linux bash scripting skills

·       Java (ability to read code)

·       XML

·       Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, JSP

·       SQL

·       Git

Good to have technical skills:

·       DB2 product understanding

·       Java (Ability to create code)

·       REST/SOAP

·       Experience related to automated monitoring

·       IBM WebSphere Commerce

·       Unix expertise
