Assignment

Following the tremendous success of our support team, a new position has come to light for a Service Manager. The role will see you work as a Lead of our service delivery team being the responsible person for handling, budgeting and cost management, defining and ensuring service levels are up and running along with maintaining continuity of the service and more. In our company is vital to build and maintain a long-term strategic and positive relationship with our stakeholders therefore excellent communication skills and flexibility are essential to be successful in this role. You will have your chance to develop and exploit your abilities and use already gained experience in a company that appreciates the professionalism and unconventional approach.

Collaborative leader with extensive hands on management experience.

Required skills and experience

·      4 years+ of hands-on experience in client facing project management roles

·      Hands-on Microsoft Office technologies, Excel and other tools that support project management

·      Good understanding of all major activities for a business system implementation such as analysis, design, development, and deployment

·      Proficiency in English language, verbal and written

·      Creative problem solving and conflict resolution

·      Ability to manage both internal and client expectations at an enterprise level.
