Assignment
We're looking for UX/UI Designer who knows, how to create user-friendly environment that can simplify the digital world. The new member of our team will create designs from scratch, talk to the clients from time to time and response to their needs. Also will have to deal with hamburgers not only on the screen, but also on our Monday Food Fiestas!
Responsibilities
· Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product owner, product manager and developers
· Developing UI mockups and prototype
· Performing user research and deliver relevant artefacts
· Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
· Analyzing clients’ business requirements
· Working on different internal web, desktop and mobile projects
· Maintaining visual guidelines to ensure consistent representation of the product
What's Desiable?
· 2+ years of experience in commercial projects
· Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g. graphic, visual communications, product, industrial) or equivalent practical experience.
· Fluency with design tools to produce wireframes and high fidelity mockups / prototypes (Sketch and Zeplin).
· Design portfolio, with experience designing complex web and/or mobile applications.
If would be nice, if you will have:
· Strong communication skills with the ability to listen, articulate positions, and advocate designs.
· Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features, all with a User-Centered Design process.
· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities
· Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
· Experience working with product teams and delivering solutions in a Scrum environment.
