You will be responsible for leading the operations team responsible for Finance, HR, and Administration. You will work closely with our Nordic Solteq colleagues, to make sure our operations in Solteq Poland meet the requirements and delivery expectations set by our internal and external clients. We are constantly growing and therefore we scale our operations accordingly to achieve growth. The Finance, HR, and Administration team has a key role in achieving those goals and you will have a key role in creating that success.

You will be directly reporting to the Managing Director of Solteq Poland and horizontally to our Group CFO.


Energetic, open-minded, enthusiastic, focused, and self-motivated professional with  experience and/or background in the IT area, who will drive the operations and enhance the processes based on good judgment and experience. Keen to learn and find new ways of doing things. A team leader but as well a team player who is proud of its work and is willing to go the extra mile when needed.

What we expect


  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Polish and English with the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • A positive outlook and the ability to think out of the box to improve processes and invent new ways of working
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients

Business requirements

  • Proven work experience from a similar role min. 5 years in the IT area
  • Able to oversee and prepare company Budgeting, Forecasting, and Intercompany agreements together with Group Finance
  • Experience and able to (re)negotiate supplier contracts in the best interest of Solteq
  • Oversee the IT function and Internal Support operations
  • Coordinate the implementation of HR policies, including appraisals, contract renewals, and updates to employment policies together with HR Business Partner
  • Oversee and improve internal purchase processes, equipment orders, and instructions
  • Responsibility for risk management and business continuity for operations
  • Oversee, guide, and execute Security Policies to achieve compliance with Security requirements from Solteq and our Clients
  • Ensure internal accounting activities and external audits comply with financial regulations
  • Excellent Leadership skills
